Your Reception

We are able to host a toasting reception immediately after the wedding, featuring Champagne, and excellent Cremant or traditional Pimms, to include canapes. You can choose from a variety of settings for this part of your day.

For your Wedding Breakfast we can cater from the smaller, intimate wedding for up to 20 guests in our Private Dining Room, up to 60 guests in the Main Hall or in a marquee in the gardens for larger weddings.

The East Drawing Room
Originally known as the Ballroom, this beautifully panelled room features a large bay window looking out towards the church and the ancient parkland of Tissington Hall. On the walls are the shoulder-high portraits of Lady Hamilton, Lord St. Helens and Lady Selina FitzHerbert.

The West Drawing Room
This light and elegant drawing room provides the perfect backdrop for the collection of portraits that adorn its walls. Both the East and West Drawing Rooms date from the seventeenth century.

The Gardens
The extensive 10 acre gardens to the west of the Hall include rose gardens, lawns and an arboretum.

Marquees can be erected in the grounds for further celebrations and details are available on request.

Telephone 01335 352200 for details.
